Prior to founding Ultramar in 2006, its founder, Nihan Ertürk de Pessôa-Pardellas, began her career in luxury real estate on Fisher Island, Miami (2004–2006), one of the world’s most exclusive private residential communities. During this time, she gained valuable experience while establishing long-standing relationships with developers, property owners, and professionals across the luxury real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors. Many of these relationships continue today and remain an integral part of Ultramar’s international network.

Building on this international experience and trusted global network, Ultramar expanded into luxury real estate with the launch of Ultramar Homes, offering consultancy for the purchase, sale, and rental of exceptional properties, including luxury residences, branded developments, investment properties, carefully selected rentals, and discreet off-market properties.

Today, Ultramar Homes is part of the Ultramar Collection, alongside Ultramar Yachts and Ultramar Concierge.
